• Participate in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for IT Projects and interface with various IT stakeholders such as 3rd party vendor suppliers, development team, business analysts, project managers and project stakeholders to discuss testing activities.

Job Requirement

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in automation engineering.
• Experience with automation testing tools, like Micro Focus UFT.
• Certification in automation systems or related technologies preferred.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in scripting languages, like VBScript and/or Java including writing of automated scripts.

Job Role Description
-You will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance and ESG compliance within the company. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting supplier audits, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with our quality standards. You will work closely with production, procurement, and project management teams to implement and uphold quality systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and update the team on the latest quality policies and regulations.

Work Functions and Key Tasks

QA

§ Conduct regular quality testing/evaluation to rectify and fix any issues related to product functionality.

§ Work closely with R&D for the new product/part evaluation and generate quality evaluation report after evaluation.

§ Conduct multiple types of testing, including functional, performance, reliability.

§ Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality Management Systems, including but not limited to ISO 9001

§ Provide Quality Management System (QA) advice to all Businesses and drive continuous improvements.

ESG

§ Lead and manage ESG projects & initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

§ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate resources effectively.

§ Project lead in a cross functional team to ensure project schedule is executed in a timely manner and meeting project budget

§ Any ad hoc jobs as assigned by the team leader.


Job Requirement
§ Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering

§ 5 years operational, quality and engineering experience in manufacturing industry preferred

§ Good knowledge of Quality System Standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

§ Good knowledge of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and industry trend

§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with quality assurance methods and tools

§ Strong organizational and project management skills to contribute to the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.

• Track conformity certificates, calibration certificates, and plant calibration certificates from external agencies while maintaining the RIN Register and coordinating with QPS for closure.
• Ensure full compliance of all sub-contractors with the relevant LTA M&W requirements and preparing and submitting weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Oversee QPS inspections and key activities while ensuring presence during asphalt works for road diversions.
• Review shop drawings, coordinating design issues, inspecting new and in-use molds, and managing material orders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in doing QA/QC for LTA projects.

As an Engineer under Engineering- Manufacturing System and Automation, you will be tasked to provide operational technical support to drive productivity and product quality with GxP compliance and regulatory requirements. You will also assist to drive/ execute control and automation projects and provide maintenance, backup and restore for IPC and PLCs. You will also carry out / support investigation for non-conformances.

In this role, a typical day will include:

· 1st level engineering support for major equipment downtime [24x7 supports]

· Focus on solving recurring/ long-term equipment issues through detailed understanding of the design or engineering concepts.

· Maintain and perform routine check and backup/restore for Industrial PCs/ PLCs.

· Lead and support automation/control related projects. Develop/review project documentations and related SOPs. Perform equipment/software validation.

· Prepare training materials on respective process/ system/ equipment in term of operation, maintenance or troubleshooting.

· Innovate, provide and implement ideas for process or equipment improvement.

· Ensure the system/equipment are comply with HSE, and Alcon quality requirement

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

· Minimum 0-3 years of intensive hands on experiences in technical (Electrical/ Mechatronic /Electronic/Physics/ Automation) troubleshooting and experience on Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT and/or Allen Bradley PLC.

· Experience on factory automation system installation/validation and understanding of GMP/GDP requirement.

Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed designs.
• Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.

Civil Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer may be required.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.

· Assist the Construction Manager in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
