Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Plant Automation Engineer to join their manufacturing plant. This pivotal role involves overseeing highly automated packaging operations, ensuring the serviceability of all production equipment, and continuously improving automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering foundation and experience managing a high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize systems and equipment to enhance mass production capabilities for a wide range of ready meals.
• Continuously improve the current automated production system through mechanical, electronic, automation, and digital control enhancements.
• Set up and run the production system daily to meet time-sensitive order demands.
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the plant.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
• Collaborate closely with other teams within the central kitchen to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Qualifications:

In this role, you will develop and implement advanced verification methodologies, including UVM, SystemVerilog, and SVA, for cutting-edge projects. You will also work with platforms like Palladium Z1, HAPS, and Zebu to deliver high-quality verification solutions.

What you will be responsible for:

• Apply UVM (Universal Verification Methodology), SystemVerilog, Verilog, and SVA (SystemVerilog Assertions) languages in verification tasks
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art verification methodologies, including UVM, C/C++, co-simulation, system emulation, and mixed-mode simulation/emulation
• Contribute to projects requiring advanced verification tools such as Palladium Z1, HAPS, and Zebu platforms
• Collaborate effectively within a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables

How you will stand out:

• Possesses a Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Assist, plan and execute Mechanical / Electrical / Fire / Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
• Review, understand and execute E&I engineering documents.
• Technical evaluation of E&I items for the project in accordance with Project/client’s specifications / requirements
• Prepare controls, SLD, liaise with PLC / BMS vendors
• Develop construction, installation, testing and commissioning procedure.

• Ensure site organization, workforce management and arrangementProvide technical submission of proposal / drawings / MOS / RA etc
• Attend site meetings and necessary site walk
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external stake holder.
• Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Requirements

• 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in managing Additional and Alteration services in Commercial / Industrial / Plants sectors for Mechanical, electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary system, Fire system (MEPL)
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Well verse in MEPL system knowledge. Proficient in Drafting is additional values
• Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
• Preferred skill sets: good leadership skill, self-Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, strong business acumen, project management and good conversational/writing skills in English
