INFORMATION:

As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer is responsible for leading, developing sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business opportunities to the company.

The position does this by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential and existing key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators.

The position maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions, competitive positions, and solutions/services that PS can provide to develop the pipeline of business coming into the company.

This position has the ultimate objective to aggressively achieve profitable growth through monitoring of Data Center project pipelines and assisting to convert these into actual orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business opportunities and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers, decision makers and target accounts. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and evaluate options.

Works closely with local, regional, and global teams to close new business deals with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential key accounts/customers to do business with PS. Collaborates to establish long term working relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at different management levels across key accounts’ organizations.

Establish, cultivate, and maintain key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors. This can be done in conjunction with distribution partners and direct engagement.

Uncover and build opportunity pipelines with Sales, end customers and advance through the sales stages progressively till deal closure. Ensures that data is accurately entered and managed within PS’s CRM and sales/project management system.

Establish budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets for the SEA DC market.

Collaborate with Sales to assess level of involvement required from distribution to ensure success of closing business and project opportunities. Provides project guidance for price and quotation strategy to distribution network.

Identifies and support in qualification of strategic alliances to expand PS solution, products, and services; and business networking to leverage into additional markets.

Provide front line Data Center related marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers, as necessary.

Analyze sales and marketdata to provide relevant information to senior management for decision making.

Plays an active role in promoting PS in trade events and associations. Works with Marketing and Engineering to create, prepare and present technical papers and other application specific white papers for marketing collateral, trade journals and conferences.

Be the expert in Data Center power products and solutions, industry standards and overall on-site power system design and integration.

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation business.

Your Role

As a Lead ML Engineer, you will play a leading role in operationalizing ML Models developed by data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

Responsibilities

1. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
2. Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
3. Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
4. Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
5. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Overall, in charge of the management and control of ALL Site Supervisors, including those of OTHER disciplines project consultants, in the supervision of the construction and related works and ensure that the works are done to the best quality possible within the schedules and approved contractors’ work programme;
• Provide leadership and administrative control of the other Site Supervisors, institute and maintain discipline, punctuality, keep daily records of staff attendance, keep records and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other personnel administrative matters and welfare on the site; and
• The SRE shall note that he shall not issue instructions to the contractors involving cost or time implication to the project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore (PEB Singapore);
• Registered as Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES; and
• More than 10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the SRE in all of the above duties as directed by him and/or the supervising Qualified Person(s)
• shall be familiar with the respective M&E system testing and Commissioning (T&C) procedure and attend T&C and necessarily follow up with the Consultant and Contractor;
• Demonstrate strong understanding of respective M&E sequence of works and co-ordinating works;
• The Resident Engineer shall have experience in solving site clashes/problem with regards to M&E and other disciplines.
• The Resident Engineer (if no SRE) shall be responsible for maintaining discipline and punctuality among his team of RE and RTOs. He shall also ensure his team update their site movement chart and report absence to the office administrator.
• If no RE or RTO (C&S) and/or no RA are appointed for the project, the RE (M&E) shall undertake the duties and responsibilities for the M&E and Architecture disciplines and supervise the works under the direction of the respective supervising Qualified Person(s).

Quality
