• Implement the quality inspection standards, on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections, and provide QA inputs to production to resolve quality-related issues at in-process and final inspections.
• Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance investigation report and customer complaints and, publish reports on quality performance.
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness.
• Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
• Perform any other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or degree in precision engineering, Quality Management or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in quality engineering or in manufacturing
• Possess excellent leadership & teamwork abilities and organizational skills
• Knowledge and application of quality tools - SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, 8D Report, GR&R and Minitab.
• Proficient in understanding engineering drawings with sound knowledge of GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Responsible for Ark Large Model Platform development on Volcano Engine, researching systematic solutions on large model solution implementations and applications in various industries, striving to reduce the IT cost of large model applications, meeting the users' ever-growing demand for intelligent interaction and improving the lifestyle and communications of users in the future world.

- Manage and oversee the stability of both control and data aspects of large-scale model systems through effective DevOps practices.
