Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that ISO13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 systems are adequately maintained, and continuous improvements are implemented
• Coordinate with various functions to ensure awareness and understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Plan and coordinate gap analysis exercises and provide advice on bridging the gap
• Manage and oversee quality audits by plan and ensure quality audits findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented

• Support Plant wide audit/ inspection activities and special projects, as assigned

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power or industrial plant construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems for critical equipments in power plant construction
• Proficiency in inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Project location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at designated pick-up points)

• Report daily to QNQC Coordinator/ Engineer and advise him on the client main contractor compliance to contract procedures and standards and any matters effecting quality
• Ensure documentation is clear, precise and accurate, and within the requirements of the applicable construction code and project specifications.
• Working knowledge of ASME SEC
• Perform visual inspection on welds for the following or as applicable
• Flag / identify any welds or items that require NDE to be completed, once completed, ensure this is documented, in case of any items that have had NDE completed and repairs are required
• Report and document internal & external Non-Conformances
• Perform field inspections and quality assurance of construction projects
• Provide daily construction reports and maintain up-to-date files of all construction documents
• Attend and participate in project meetings to keep Project Manager apprised of project progress, status, quality and schedule
• Identify and evaluate potential new observed hazards and implement controls as project's scope of work changes

• Track conformity certificates, calibration certificates, and plant calibration certificates from external agencies while maintaining the RIN Register and coordinating with QPS for closure.
• Ensure full compliance of all sub-contractors with the relevant LTA M&W requirements and preparing and submitting weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Oversee QPS inspections and key activities while ensuring presence during asphalt works for road diversions.
• Review shop drawings, coordinating design issues, inspecting new and in-use molds, and managing material orders.

Requirements:

Summary of responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing tests as defined in the test plan. He/She will work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This includes planning, conducting tests, managing test cases, resolving bugs found during testing activities, ensuring there aren't any blockages during the testing process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Plan, develop and execute test plans and test cases for desktop and web-based applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium, Bash scripting and Python.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as JIRA
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Create tracking metrics to ensure each step of the testing process is documented and tracked.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years' of working experience in software build & release, software quality assurance, software testing, including at least 3 years in leadership role in planning and proposing QA test activities to stakeholders.
• Familiar with test methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, end-to-end testing, integration testing, and installation testing
• Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and processes, with good exposure and hands-on experience to automation frameworks (e.g., Katalon Studio, etc).
• Expert level proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with and end-to-end QA for complex web applications.
• Proficiency in Java coding, Python and C++ would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Experience on software build & release in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
