• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters for both Singapore and Overseas companies including preparation of Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and preparation of materials for meetings
• Prepare and draft board resolution and minutes examples change of directors and/or secretary, establishment of bank accounts and facilities, transfer of shares, increase of share capital, etc
• E-filing of various transactions with ACRA which includes Annual Return, Return of Allotment, Appointment of Officers, etc

About the department
We are excited to announce the establishment of a new Corporate Affairs function. This new unit will bring together the Executive Office, Strategy, Data and Insights, and our externally facing corporate functions, including Communications, Media, and Sustainability. The position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with the regional strategy.
• Lead relevant regional projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams: setting project schedules and clear milestones, overseeing project budgets, monitoring progress toward strategic goals, and assessing and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights, secure buy-in, and facilitate execution.

Role Description (Secondary)

Responsible for overseeing all construction activities with respect to schedule, performance, procedure, and making recommendations to Project Managers for improvements and corrective actions in the project execution phase. Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.
