Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of service, and act as a role model for the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the service team to deliver seamless, high-quality service to every guest.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and optimizing staff assignments.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members to uphold service excellence and maintain our brand standards.
• Ensure all areas are prepared and set up according to our standards before each service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the restaurant is fully stocked and operational.
• Enforce restaurant policies and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate timing and flow of service, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and floor staff.
• Contribute to team performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in a mid- to high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.

· Manage day to day restaurant operations, and ensure a positive outlet image

We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team.

As a Hotel Manager, we rely on you to:

Support daily leadership and guidance by optimizing financial performance, fostering employee development, crafting and upholding a distinctive guest experience, implementing brand standards, and enhancing the hotel's presence within the local community. Serve as acting General Manager in their absence.

Profitability

• Support the General Manager in creating, executing, and overseeing financial and operational plans for the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, sales opportunities, and profitability.
• Make recommendations to enhance the hotel’s assets and strengthen brand loyalty.

• Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance.

What we need from you

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration

10 years’ experience in a first-class hotel, with a minimum of 8 years gained in management positions.

• Lead BIM implementation & adoption, create Standards, modelling workflow & Methodologies
• Prepare, execute and maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Handle Design development, contract documentation, Authority submission, coordination, site meetings and project meetings
• Liaise with Tender team or assist Project team as may be the case, and BIM implementation as per project requirements
• Monitor drawing submissions and ensure schedule is met
• Manage process of Model exchange and coordination with client, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Be up to date with and promote BIM-related technology for digital workflow advancement
• Implementation and ensure the use of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction projects
• Manage all BIM submittals, construction models, shop drawing and schedules
• Ad-hoc duties and tasks as may be required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a BIM Manager/Sr. BIM Coordinator capacity. Experience in Civil & LTA projects a plus
• Degree holder in Architectural / Civil or equivalent qualification
• Formally trained or certified in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is preferred
• Well-versed with Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, Open Building Designer, & 4D creation is a must, with rendering/animation skills for presentation a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Code of Practice(s), Standards, Regulation, and Specifications used in the Construction industry
• An independent, proactive, results-driven team leader, with decision-making abilities, and ability to meet tight schedules
