About the Role

The Role

This position will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of design development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualise all development design requirements including preliminary massing, schedule of areas and specifications and formulate design briefs to ensure that these are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
• Manage and control the development of design concepts/options, pipelines for the projects and to ensure these options/concepts are delivered on time and meet the Asset Manager’s Requirements.
• Manage the design consultants and liaise with all relevant authorities to meet the Company’s development strategy and Asset Manager’s requirement.
• Accountable and responsible for the management of the design development process from inception to completion.
• Ensure that the design meets the required quality and in compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

Job Requirements

• Master and/or Degree in Architecture.
• At least 8 years of relevant design development experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects, with the ability to draw, design and articulate key construction details for the building.
• Candidate with experience in Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, or Vietnam projects is preferred.
• Technical skills in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper.
• Knowledge of parametric design and ability to write scripts would be an advantage.
• Technical skills in producing and developing architectural details and specifications.
• Seeks continuous improvement to design and processes through consistently challenging the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development.
• Ability to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment.

As a key member of our product team, the Account Manager will report to the Business Manager (NSD). This role focuses on driving the revenue growth of the Nuclear Medicine and Therapy Business Segments. Responsibilities include increase new sales growth through strategizing sales activities and building potential pipelines. The Product Specialist will also build good working relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the Nuclear Medicine department of the restructured hospital, institutions, and private sectors. The objective is to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• To strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through research, networking, and diverse prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• To exceed individual’s and team’s sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
• To cultivate robust relationships with new and existing clients by discerning their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring they are kept informed of updates and promotions.
• To diligently pursue and surpass individual and team sales targets by finalizing deals, generating revenue, and optimizing gross profits for the company.
• To present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
• To discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of clients’ orders.
• To ensure full client satisfaction by conveying customer feedback for improvements among the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Medical Technology / Biomedical Science / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Radiation Physics
• Proven experience in direct sales of medical devices > 2 years
• Industrial experience and application/industry know-how in industries such as Healthcare, Research Laboratories or Institutions, Engineering services will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of medical products and their applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and convey technical information to diverse audiences.
