Key Requirements:
· We are looking for a result-oriented candidate who has a proven track record of selling IT services (both application and infra), Cloud based SaaS platforms in Singapore
· Candidate must have exposure to new business development with CXO connects and have sold to FS clients in Singapore
· Candidate must have sold to captive center of Singaporean banks (covering India, Malaysia, China and other location)
· Should have excellent communication and analytical skills to understand client-side requirements and then articulate our value proposition in an effective manner. The ability to display proactive approach and work in an unstructured environment is a must.
· Should have experience working in offshore global delivery model
Experience:
· 10+ years of relevant experience
Qualification:
· Master’s Degree in business management
· Bachelors in Degree in Engineering from a reputed institute/university
Critical Success Factors and relevant requirements
· Knowledge of Banking Domain/ Financial Services and able to do first level presentation on products, platforms and services to client and prospects.
· Direct Sales and account management experience around banking applications (i.e. casa, deposits, loans, trade, cash mgmt.), front end digital channels.
· Must have a deep understanding and successful track record of managing and closing contract negotiations for platforms, products and services projects.
· Must have managed end-to-end sales cycle and won multi-year $12-15Mn+ contracts
· Candidate should be able to work with partners and drive the business strategy for assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities
The role involves farming of a strategic financial services account in Singapore
What will you do?
· Preparing account maps, account planning & review
· Prepare target account opening plans
· Keep track of ongoing projects by taking direct inputs from the key client stakeholders
· Work in close coordination with internal teams (product, delivery, solution consulting) to ensure timely, and quality deliverables.
· Regular updates (and escalate- if required) to management with specific asks and suggested solutions
· Identifying new opportunities in the account and developing them
· Prepare and deliver quality proposals in conjunction with solution consulting teams
