Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that ISO13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 systems are adequately maintained, and continuous improvements are implemented
• Coordinate with various functions to ensure awareness and understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Plan and coordinate gap analysis exercises and provide advice on bridging the gap
• Manage and oversee quality audits by plan and ensure quality audits findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented
• Apprise management of quality audit findings and corrective actions taken
• Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the Quality Management System are in place and implemented per requirement
• Review the Quality Management System periodically to assess continued suitability and areas of possible improvement
• Arrange for ISO13485, ISO14971 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 awareness training and further refresher training as needed
• Coordinate and plan work of external audit such as Customer, ISO certification and Regulatory bodies
• Ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21CFR Part 820, and GDP requirements
• Mentor / supervise as assigned and ensure timely and accurate completion of quality projects
• Support Plant wide audit/ inspection activities and special projects, as assigned
• Able to travel for suppliers/customers visits
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of working experience in Quality Management Systems, and in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of Quality Management Systems primarily in ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820
• Lead, mentor and facilitate problem-solving and quality improvements
• Establish controls system required in ISO13485 & FDA registered facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• FDA Inspection experience preferred

- Conduct routine inspection and evaluates their condition and recommend proper execution during work activities.

- Prepare project schedule and presentation of project.

- Lead the kick of meeting.

- Resposible of project management and quality control.

- Prepare & review Civil and Structural drawing.

- Prepare Quantity Take-off of Civil and Structural Materials for BOQ.

- Prepare bid documents for Civil and Structural Project.

- Witness Dimensional Checking during erection & construction.

- Control and check all fabrication activities.

- Maintain welder performances and welders repair.

- Conduct final walk through inspection and monitor rectification of final punch list item. Safety aspects on construction is defined in safety assurance, procedure and thoroughly implemented.

Requirement:

- Minimum 4 years Experiences in Civil and Structural sector in SG process plant.

The QA Associate is responsible for ensuring all batches meet specifications, are manufactured in accordance with the validated process, and are compliant to cGMPs and regulatory commitments.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Providing quality oversight of CMs including being the initial point of contact for all quality-related issues.

• Escalating quality issues at CMs to Lilly QA management.

• Assisting in the establishment and revisions of Quality Agreements with affiliates and customers.

• Providing quality oversight of Lilly/APIEM Quality Plans.

• Coordinating and perform QA responsibilities of API shipments.

• Participating in regulatory inspection preparations with CMs.

• Providing on-site support during manufacturing events and inspections.

• Participating on the Technical Review Board.

• Evaluating and dispositioning of API batches, if required.

• Ensuring that documented checks have been completed for the Certificates of Testing and Certificates of Environmental Monitoring (where applicable), and deviations, changes and batch documentation that demonstrates requirements have been met prior to batch release.

• Providing quality support of API manufacturing with the focus on holistic review of key activities associated with or impacting the manufacturing processes including deviations, change controls and countermeasures.

• Assessing the impact of deviation investigations and changes and ensure that all appropriate records are documented and retrievable.

• Ensuring all processes are in an appropriate state of control.

• Maintaining awareness of external regulatory agency findings which individually or collectively reference the quality of the product.

• Reviewing and approving documents including, but not limited to, procedures, master production records, change control proposals, deviations, equipment qualifications, and computerized system validations.

• Participating in APR activities.

• Participating in projects to improve productivity.

Basic Requirements:

• BS in STEM discipline (Chemistry/Biochemistry strongly preferred)

• GMP manufacturing knowledge and/or experience in API or finished product manufacturing, QC, QA or Engineering

• Demonstrated ability to function in a cross-functional team environment and to provide technical leadership

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities

• Strong written and verbal communications skills with various audiences

• Ability to influence diverse groups and manage relationships

• Willingness to relocate to contract manufacturing site or an estimated 3-year assignment before returning to designated Lilly site

Additional Information:

• Must complete required training for API EM Quality Assurance

• Some international travel (<25%) is required primarily to Indianapolis, Indiana

Some off-shift work (night/weekend) may be required to support 24/7 operations
