Job Description:

• Track and monitor maintenance programs and schedules for ongoing effectiveness.
• Conduct inspections to verify that the property is well maintained.
• Oversee emergency and ad hoc repairs, troubleshooting, and breakdown management, providing technical support to the team and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review.

• At least 5 years of experience focusing on IT infrastructure and network project management. Past experiences with project management of enterprise network technology refreshes and new data center networks and infrastructure builds.
