• Ensure the efficient and professional implementation of HR strategies, programs, and services by collaborating with functional centers and shared service teams.
• Advise managers on addressing various employee matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions, in a fair, transparent, and objective manner.
• Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate and support performance evaluations and engagement surveys in partnership with business leaders.
• Oversee the execution of processes in alignment with established policies, ensuring all necessary approvals and inputs are obtained.
• Evaluate issues by considering diverse perspectives from all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of information, outcomes, and workflows, ensuring secure storage in compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage individuals across various levels.

• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections
• Lead project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Prepare QA/QC Plan, inspection & test plans/check list for site activities Review inspection and testing reports
• Issue NCRs, propose corrective action in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee delivery inspection of project materials
• Review, approve and maintain QAQC related documentation
• Other duties as assigned and able to work with minimum supervision

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant site project experience in QA/QC roles for construction projects
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Experience with CONQUAS
• Experience with Constructability Score
• Experience with Green Mark Certification
• Able to liaise with workers/Clients, Consultant, Main Con colleagues, subcon and suppliers on QA/QC works and protocols at site

• Management of CAPA from tracking, including follow-ups and closure.
• Management of Change Control, Deviations, from tracking, follow-ups and closure.
• Review quality process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvements.
• Perform, document internal audits and other quality assurance activities to ensure readiness on international standards certification audits and GMP inspection.
• Coordinate and assists during customer visits and audits.
• Create, review work instructions and standard operating procedures, devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Collect, compile statistical quality data, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Review of analytical reports, and batch records (manufacturing and packaging).
• Perform SAP QM setting, review test results, block / unblock of finished products.
• Manage customer queries, customer satisfaction surveys, and questionnaires and other quality / regulatory purpose documentation requests.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Consolidate data to create the annual product quality review report.
• Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.
• Perform risk assessments and monitor risk management activities at quality level.
• Conduct / perform training to employees to improve GMP / international standards certification awareness and compliance.
