QA Lab Technician (Food manufacturer, 5 days office hours, Training provided, up to 2.5K)

Job Scope:

1. Monitor and maintain GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001/22000 standards in production.
2. Conduct QC checks, testing, and food safety evaluations.
3. Manage QA hold activities, sample retention, and lab operations.
4. Perform calibration, complaint evaluations, and maintain 5S standards.
5. Support production operations with incoming inspections and CCP monitoring.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field; Training provided
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.

Job Scope

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log
• Track the complaint & close the complaint once actions are completed
• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling
• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints
• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision
• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier
• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification
• Possess knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage
• Possess experience in SAP system will be more advantageous
