Job Description:

-Implement routine Quality Management (QM) tasks, including staff training and HACCP validation.

-Strengthen Integrated Management System (IMS) processes and conduct on-site inspections.

-Report IMS status to Group via reviews and meetings.

-Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

-Conduct Risk Assessments (RA) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

-Coordinate internal and external IMS audits.

-Investigate and close out site issues.

-Update IMS Report quarterly.
