The Technical Project Manager will be handling and managing of

1) 5G Product Development / New Product Introduction

2) 5G related projects including commercial & Defense.

The role will require engineering background preferably with past technical experience in commercial product development and basic Project Management skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the technical project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements
• Lead and manage the project team
• Able to interpret the Contract and extract all essential information with the project team for the efficient and effective management of the project to meet its objectives
• Identify all contractual system requirements and all other deliverables and responsible for managing system designs, reviews and all deliverables. Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management
• Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management
• Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned scheduled

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in technical project management work experience
• Experience in New Product Introduction management is preferred
• Strong project & people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Able to work within tight schedules
• Self driven and good team player
• Working location is in Jurong East

Performing Artiste Manager Duties

• Negotiating contracts for local and foreign performing artists.
• Scheduling performance events, promotional appearances, programs, etc.
• Advocating for an artist's mental and physical health as needed.
• Handling interpersonal conflicts between artists, such as band members.
• Enforcing the terms of a contract.
• To arrange the training such as new songs and dances.

An artist manager must be an expert on the ins and outs of the music business. Good artist managers do everything they can to make their clients successful. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and basic computer skills. Artist managers must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team. Travelling to Thailand, Vietnam and Korean is required.
