Responsibilities:
Responsible for Company wide quality assurance activities and serve as an effective link in the translation of customers’ requirement and our capabilities towards satisfying or exceeding customers’ requirements
> Handle external quality complaint from customers
> Perform failure analysis on the returned PCBA
> Liaise with internal relevant sections or departments on the root
cause and countermeasure to be implemented
> Provide corrective action report within the specified time frame to
the customer
> On-site visit to customer for verification and critical model launch
follow-up
> Perform process/verification audit on site for continuous
improvement activities
Requirements:
1. Degree in any Engineering discipline (Quality Engineering preferred)
2. 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities/operational
3. Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
4. Good analytical skills with ability to work effectively
5. Independent, decisive and good in problem solving
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
