The F&B Branding and Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our brand’s marketing strategy. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to position our restaurant as a market leader.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Create and oversee content strategies to engage audiences across various platforms.
• Analyze marketing data and customer insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
• Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s F&B market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Required to work in split-shift environment
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing and preferably with digital marketing modules
• Working on Saturdays/ Friday is a must
• Require to work on Holidays eve like Christmas/ New Years Eve or CNY eve for events
• Good communication skills
• Independent worker who is able to take ownership of Job
• Required to work 6 days a week, including public holidays and weekends
