• Focus on improving the candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding.
• Ensure seamless communication with candidates, promoting a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to enhance candidate engagement initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Proven experience managing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies across multiple channels (social media, job boards, events).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
• Creative thinking with the ability to produce high-quality content for recruitment campaigns. Strong analytical skills to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience with employer brand surveys, feedback tools, or reputation management platforms (e.g., Glassdoor).
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification an added advantage
