Job Summary

• Promote establishment of GMP QA Office in Daiichi Sankyo Singapore Pte. Ltd. and settlement of QA management governance, and support QA management in newly established subsidiaries such as Daiichi Sankyo Australia Pty. Ltd.
• Promote QMS management in GMP area in Asia region as Head of GMP QA Asia
• Promote establishment of GMP QA Office in DSSG and settlement of QA management governance including recruitment of new QA staff in DSSG
• Support QA management in newly established subsidiaries such as Daiichi Sankyo Australia Pty. Ltd.
• Promote QMS management in GMP area in Asia region as Head of GMP QA Asia and strengthen regional GMP QA activities
• Enhance recruitment of new QA staff in DSCN and establish new governance structure in GMP QA Asia
• Report QA management matters to Head of Global GMP in a timely manner and collaborate with GMP QA Heads in other regions

Responsibilities (Major Accountabilities)

• Establishment of GMP QA governance in DSSG
• Quality Assurance activity management in DSSG
• Quality Assurance activity management in Asia region as part of Global GMP QA
• Quality Report to DSSG Head and Head of Global GMP QA
• Foster Quality Culture
• Establish MTS of GMP QA organization and activities for GMP QA Asia region

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmaceutical or related science categories
• 5 years’ GMP-QA Management experiences
• QMS Management experiences
• Good English, Chinese and/or Japanese skill
• Bio knowledge preferred (to prepare for further ADC)
• DS-Product knowledge preferred

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA / Testing and agile methodology
• Skilled in both Manual and Automation testing
• Tooling experience in SQL Server/DB2/SQL, SOAP UI, XML, JIRA knowledge
• Experience in Selenium, APPIUM, KATALON, TOSCA, API, WINDMILL is required
• Good team player, fast learner and good analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

• 7+ years of professional experience in QA / Testing and agile methodology

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Professional Engineer (PE) license

Responsibilities:

• Reviews technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standards pertaining to project requirements
• Prepares and reviews the project quality documents, procedure, ITP
• Reviews drawings, documents, and weekly update drawing register form documents controller and distribute to project Quality Assurance personnel.
• Administrates the project's internal quality audit to ensure compliance with the project quality plan.
• Monitors the inspection and documentation activities of the Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure compliance with the inspection test plan and project quality requirements
• Resolves quality-related issues arising from subcontractor and in-house production
• Ensures protection and preservation of various systems
• Ensures updates on electrical completion and mechanical completion progress in the project database
• Assigns the systems to be tested by the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation
• Reviews the quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinates the testing and commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Department, and vendors
• Reports non-conformance and issue improvement notes where necessary
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance working experience, and the offshore or marine industry

Key Result Areas:

1. Manage the quality assurance and control of products and services to meet company and customers’ expectations.

Monitor QA/QC and proper documentation for incoming materials, fabrication, and production for

overseas projects

• Prepare inspection and test plans for façade works (Chart H)

• Prepare documents and procedures for inspection/certification

• Implement schedule to ensure QC Inspectors carry out their duties timely and correctly

• Assign proper checking tools for QC Inspectors

• Identify training opportunities for QC Inspectors to attain qualification and upgrade in their jobs

• Assign work checklist and test plan to QC Inspectors

• Organize and implement QMS and audit, including ISO

• Inspect the proper documentation and filing of QA/QC documents

• Search for source information related to QA/QC matters

2. Ensure the quality of products and services provided by suppliers and vendors

Analyse products and services provided by suppliers and vendors

• Inspect key material supplies such as aluminium, extrusions and glass

• Examine prototypes provided by suppliers and vendors

• Supervise the information of supplies in QA/QC systems and inspection records.

3. Attain high QA/QC in manufacturing and installation processes and methods.

• Analyse manufacturing and installation processes and methods

• Inspect method statement and safety risk assessment

• Check tools, equipment calibration procedures and records

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

•General education/Diploma in QA/QC

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in façade industry with good knowledge in product

specifications, reading drawings, industry standards, design, engineering, fabrication,

installation and quality.

• Serve as the Test Manager, comprehensively understanding business requirements for the Core Banking System, Fund Transfer, and other related banking systems, ensuring all testing in alignment with the requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT software testing, with prior experience as an IT professional in a banking or financial institution will be advantageous.
• Lead the creation of test plans and test definitions for banking IT systems, demonstrating knowledge in software quality management including software testing methodologies, including the creation of test plans, test documentation, execution of test cases, and analysis of test results.
• Experience in managing risk and control processes, including timely escalation and resolution of significant issues to management.
• Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, and strong leadership in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated project engagement skills, including the preparation and presentation of regular reports and documentation, effective communication of project status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams, and alignment with business priorities.
