Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end IOR/EOR operations for global shipments within the APAC region.
• Ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods in collaboration with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
• Supervise the verification of shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for accuracy and compliance.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and trade policies within APAC.
• Ensure compliance with all import/export laws and company policies.
• Oversee the management of accurate records for all shipments, customs entries, and compliance documentation.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication.
• Work closely with customers to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Problem Resolution:

• Identify and resolve operational issues, including shipment delays, missing documentation, or customs holds.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and present Business Review/Quarterly Business Review, operational performance reports, including shipment status, compliance metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations, with exposure to International Trade.
• Strong knowledge of IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations, especially within APAC.

Skills:
