About the Role

As part of our expansion, Lightnet is now seeking a highly motivated Partner Engagement Specialist - Onboarding to join our Singapore team. The Partner Engagement Specialist will work hand in hand with the Commercial, Compliance and Technical teams to successfully onboard the new clients. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within the assigned partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted consultative relationships with Lightnet internal stakeholders
• Onboard new Clients into the company seamlessly
• Work with executive sponsors to design and execute a success plan for each Partner/Client
• Maintain daily tracker of activities and weekly reporting
• Develop and implement best practices for effective Partner/Client management
• Establish a standard cadence of communication internally and externally to ensure success
• Build business decks and proposals as required
• Setup and create customer transactions where required

You will take a lead in managing and optimizing the HRIS, ensuring its align with the company business processes and objectives.

Your Role

Quality Assurance Specialist is to promote and integrate quality into every aspect of our BioReliance® biologics safety testing business in Singapore. The role is to perform batch record review (i.e. data audits) to support all aspects of quality operations to ensure that laboratory testing operates in full compliance with sound scientific practice, GxP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The scope of responsibility is to contribute or impact the results of the QA team and is accountable for the quality of own work, solve problems of low complexity independently by identifying and selection solutions and by analyzing information.

The post holder will be able to perform the following functions independently, with minimal guidance.

What You Do

• Batch record review: Review and approval of GxP documents, including Protocols, Technical Specification (TS), Batch Records, Workbooks, SOPs and all other QMS documentation.
• Batch record review: Comply with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Batch record review: Conduct in-process or final audits and approval on manufacturing or testing documentation as they comply with the stated regulatory standards and the approved TS, protocol or SOPs.
• Batch record review: Release of the certificate of analysis for GMP testing against the TS and associated documentation.
• Batch record review: Prepare QA statement within each GLP final report specifying inspections date, and dates findings were reported to the Study Director and management.

• Plan and implement learning and development programs in co-ordination with the Training team.
• Introduce, implement and monitor processes to manage change, encourage team spirit and foster communication between various business units within the call centre (cultural integration)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, service management, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Service Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of service management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate service teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality standards and methodologies.
• Proficient in using service management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in the service industry, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

• Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
