Your Role Will Involve:

1. Gaining direct experience in data production, including drafting, revising, and quality-checking, to understand the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.

2. Developing specialized skills in one of our data formats and content verticals.

3. Collaborating with product managers and engineers to assess and enhance the effectiveness of our operational processes, including conducting improvement experiments.

4. Working closely with the leadership of tech and product teams to understand the impact of data in AIGC products and LLM training.

5. Leading task forces or projects in an operational domain following successful incubation.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in journalism, teaching, writing, text editing is highly valued. Experience as annotators for leading AI/LLM companies and safety writing is strongly preferred.

2. Candidates should be intelligent, diligent, and skilled in analyzing cases and structuring operational improvements.

3. Comfort with meeting deadlines and generating creative solutions, including the use of technology and tools, to enhance the quality of both individual and team outputs.

4. A deep interest in LLMs, human behavior and user experience is essential. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner who finds engagement with diverse case studies and annotators stimulating.

Our mission on the Sales Enablement team at Workday is to represent the needs of our sales teams, to equip, enable, and empower them for job readiness and success. You'll collaborate with the APJ leadership to uncover their teams' needs and advise them on enablement strategies.

About the Role

This role is based in Singapore. As the Field Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for new hire onboarding, building out and delivering skill development programs for the APJ Sales teams, and the execution and management of these programs jointly with leadership.The objectives are to shorten the time to ramp new hires and get them up and running effectively, identify development needs of the broader team, and provide improvement coaching on both a team and individual level to optimise the effectiveness of the team. Additionally, these investments in skills development will be critical in establishing a foundation of success and best practices for members of the sales teams to aid in their career development and job readiness.

• Extensive years of experience in lead generation / sales development position preferably B2B
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
• High-caliber phone and listening skills. You must be engaging and compelling over the phone
• Ability to clearly articulate new methods and skills to team members
