Main Responsibilities

• Give support to the Regional Communications Manager in the implementation of all regional internal and external communication activities within the Region, aiming to build and protect the company’s reputation with key audiences, wherever LDC operates.
• Work alongside local and/or regional teams to follow through on communication activities and deliverables, in line with communication strategies supporting business objectives.
• Work hand-in-hand with the global communication team to implement or amplify global initiatives within the Region, as well as raise visibility of local/regional initiatives in other geographies, as relevant.
• Manage relationships with external providers, especially existing partner agencies supporting day-to-day activities such as collaterals production, creative design, translation, photography, video production, etc.

Experience

• Corporate communications professional (university degree or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience of in-house corporate communications or as part of a communications consultancy.
• Capable to work with people of different seniority levels within the company (managerial and operational), understanding and conveying the value that communications can add to engage internal/external audiences and support business purposes.
• Must be a quick learner, especially in understanding business and industry matters/issues, as well as internal and external communications tools, to quickly assess/recommend suitable communication strategies and tactics to support diverse objectives.
• Experiences in developing a variety of internal and external communication materials (press releases, Q&A documents, fact sheets, key messages documents, news articles, etc.)
• Experiences in sourcing and writing content for different communication channels, understanding and adapting style to the purpose of each channel, and ensuring consistency with the company’s identity and narratives.
• Ability to follow corporate guidelines in terms of writing style, brand guidelines, internal approvals, etc.
• Experiences in coordinate meetings / processes involving multiple participants and/or stakeholders.

Other skills & competencies:

• Good proficiency with CMS (esp. Word Press and SharePoint) email marketing platform (Mailchimp) and design tools (esp. Adobe CC) preferred.

Academics

Job Description

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for ensuring corporate applications, systems, networks, and digital assets are adequately protected and mitigated against cyber threats and risks. You will help drive cybersecurity and risk management efforts and user awareness and education within the Singapore Airlines Group.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide cyber governance and risk management oversight.
• Manage the security policy framework and relevant standards.
• Oversee applicable security, regulatory, privacy, contractual cyber requirements.
• Manage cyber risk analysis and self-assessments program for various information services, systems, processes and recognized industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, document results, and propose and track remediation tasks.
• Develop compliance program top routinely assess existing infrastructure, systems, and applications for compliance and vulnerabilities and propose relevant mitigating controls.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and track remediation status of identified vulnerabilities.
• Identify and assess cyber risks and recommend and drive cyber security solution and initiatives to improve cyber security posture.
• Define controls to meet regulatory, legislative, and industry specific compliance requirements.
• Manage third party cyber risk assessment standards.
• Prepare IT security related KPI reports and management reports for compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Drive the implementation of GRC tool.
• Maintain user cyber awareness and provide security advisory on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop, review and continuously improve IT security training material and conduct user training to improve user awareness and incident response readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related fields, with 4-5 years relevant information security working experience, especially in the application security space.
• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH etc) preferred.
• Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities.
• Familiar with PCI, PDPA, GDPR requirements
• Experience in security technologies, practices, application/network/systems architecture and design, tests tools and processes.
• Knowledge of cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, hacking and exploit methods etc
• Strong oral, written, presentation and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute the marketing plan for the Singapore market to drive lead acquisition, opportunity creation, growth and nurture journey of the business. The selected specialist will need to execute on the joint marketing plan with key business partners and work with the wider regional marketing and central marketing organisation to deliver the execution of joint marketing and direct marketing activities in the country. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for partnering sales to develop and drive the marketing programs, such as campaign development, demand generation, lead management, database health, analytics and reporting to drive top of the funnel leads and opportunity creation.

Objectives of this Role

• Drive Lead Generation

o Execute on marketing plan for Singapore to drive lead generation efforts with specific objectives across different channels and segments aligned to the business priorities

o Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, working with agencies, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration (field, vertical and channel marketing)

o Conduct, track and maintain performance of the marketing activities which include analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, present recommendations on tactics

o Work with immediate team, central brand, content marketing and web teams to execute on campaigns and customer references

• Execute on Partner Marketing

o Plan and drive partner marketing initiatives with key business partners, co-execute, rack, measure and report success of joint marketing activities to meet the key business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the central marketing team, develop campaign assets relevant for the local markets

• Work in partnership with local sales organization to drive key business priorities supported by key marketing initiatives when required

• Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels

• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, govern budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes

• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, measuring, analysis, and optimize accordingly

• Execute and track progress with key business partners on joint marketing plans to drive lead generation and demand. Provide joint marketing guidance, track, measure and report

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

• 3-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Technology

• Proven experience developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns

• Experience with content creation a plus, ability to copywrite for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube)

• Good knowledge of media editing tools is a plus (Photoshop, Adobe, Video editing software etc)

• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

• Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce)

• Solid computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords (is a plus)
