-Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.

-Provide assistance to the Clinic Manger in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic

-Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations

-Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic

-Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as drug/consumable ordering/stock-take/payment

-Provide information / education to patients and family members

-Perform other nursing-related duties, or ad-hoc departmental task/activities as assigned

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Preparation and review of qualification documents e.g., User requirement specification, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ protocol for equipment, utilities & facility in compliance with the regulatory guidelines.

• Execution of qualification and validation activities including process, cleaning, computer system, equipment, utilities, and facility.

• Candidate must have knowledge and experience of qualification/validation principles and their practical application.

• Preparation and review of process and cleaning validation protocols and reports.

• Coordinate with the cross functional team and external service provider to meet qualification & validation schedules and maintain equipment, systems, and processes in validated state.

• Review equipment and process related change control; perform Risk Assessment to determine criticality of the proposed changes.

• Write, review, and revise validation SOPs in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• QA oversight and/or review during the validation process.

• Manage incidents and deviations related to validation & qualification.

• Perform compliance reviews of all applicable deviations, investigations, and CAPAs related to qualification and validation.

• Review and suggest continuous improvements to the Validation Master Plan, current quality system practices, validation protocols and procedures for newly installed equipment, and overall validation strategies.

• Cross train and develop expertise in other areas of validation.

• Must be able to interact and lead effectively in a team-based environment.

• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree a scientific discipline or equivalent.

• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.

• A minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Explorer.

Job Scope

• Responsible to review and approve master batch records and subsequent batch records
• Review and approve cleaning records and procedures and ensure compliance with set
• Review and approve GMP documentation Ensure adherence to quality procedures, regulatory requirements and cGMPs.
• Review and approve deviations according to the site procedures
• Handle product complaints.
• Ensure complaints are investigated thoroughly with CAPAs effective to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to prepare Annual Product Reviews, discuss trends and atypical observations and recommend improvement actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Maintain inspection readiness and support inspections from regulatory agencies and customers.
• Actively participate in GMP walk downs to ensure site operation and facility maintained in inspection ready state.
• Support the maintenance of validated stated of GMP systems and processes.
• Facilitate and prepare regulatory submissions and attend to regulatory queries in a timely manner

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Science / Chemical Engineering or equivalent with relevant biopharmaceutical/ pharmaceutical experience.
• Minimum 2 relevant years of experience in QA/QC and GMP Compliance
• Familiar with manufacturing operations applications; six sigma and lean principles and process improvement tools.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP compliance regulations, ICH Q7a Guidelines, Good Documentation Practices and other applicable regulations.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in quality operations or manufacturing.
