Continuous Improvement Specialist with proven experience and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for reviewing current processes and identifying areas that need improvement using continuous improvement tools/methodologies. You will collaborate with the technical operations team to execute projects, increase efficiency and reduce cost while also providing support on technical services and ESG initiatives. This role, based out of Singapore, will entail about 50% travel, primarily within the APAC region.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Management

• Manage overall project timelines and coordinate with the different stakeholders to ensure on-time completion of project tasks
• Work closely with co-manufacturing partners to provide technical support during entire project phase

Innovation and Improvement

• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects in co-manufacturing partners

Operations Support

Provide payroll general ledger information to the finance team for reconciliation.
