Your Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy Development:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional online marketplaces).
• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the live host and facilitate the entire live stream process that drives conversions and brand awareness.
• Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (such as sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.

Product Listings & Merchandising:

• Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
• Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e-commerce performance.

Digital Marketing Integration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
• Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.

Customer Service and Inventory Management

• Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after-sales support.
• Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at a Fast Food Chain in Singapore. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, tracking marketing calendars, managing marketing budgets, training excellent customer engagement, brainstorming ideas and executing promotions to promote the brand on a day-to-day basis. SUMMARY

You will be part of the Contracts Team within the Legal and Compliance department and be responsible for the contracts management process for physical coal business, and support for the LNG business if required, for contracts and confirmation notices that cover deals originated in Asia Pacific, Europe and U.S.

THE ROLE

Draft transaction contracts for physical coal deals and if required, the confirmation notices for physical LNG deals to reflect both the commercial terms agreed with our external and internal counterparties and the relevant counterparty agreement, in a fit for purpose format and in accordance with internal guidelines.
Review counterparty’s transaction contracts primarily for physical coal deals (and if required, the confirmation notices for physical LNG deals) to reflect both the commercial terms agreed with our external and internal counterparties and the relevant counterparty agreement and comply with internal guidelines.
Work closely with all internal stakeholders to manage the physical contract workflow process from deal conclusion to final signature in a timely and accurate manner, ensure that all processes comply with internal guidelines.
Review all counterparty’s counters/suggested changes in the contracts/confirmation notices and make recommendations to the Trading and Legal with respect to their validity, ensure that the terms are acceptable in accordance with company’s policy.
Work closely with Legal on any legal or compliance issues that arises during reviewing/negotiating trading contracts

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors’ Degree from a recognized University
3-6 years of experience working in a physical commodity trading environment in trading contracts review, drafting and negotiation.
Understand the physical transaction life cycle within a commodity trading environment
Familiar with contractual terms, shipping terms and formats associated with the trading of physical coal and/or LNG cargoes.
Well versed in incoterms and its application.

Responsibilities:

• According to the overall strategic plan, formulate brand and category planning, and carry out sales plan formulation and cost control.
• Responsible for key indicators such as GMV, conversion rate, IPV UV, AOV & ARPU of fashion category, contributing to overall platform health.
• Compile and analyse both internal and external data to improve business performance and guide commercial strategy.
• Ensure continuity of processes between brands, procurement, logistics, operations and finance functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors involving negotiation of best prices, quantities and delivery timescales in accordance to commercial needs.
• Develop categorical campaigns with Campaign Manager and Marketing team to achieve sales goals.
• Uploading data, visuals and descriptions while ensuring accuracy of information flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in offline and online category procurement and sales in the fashion industry (experience in self-operated platforms and in retail/e-commerce industry preferred).
• Sensitive to changes in the market and consumers’ needs/wants, and has strong control over price negotiation.
• Sensitive to data and highly detail-oriented.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts in HQ on a daily basis.
