The Service QA Lead - Training for Cytiva is responsible for collaborating with People Leaders to ensure we are meeting the training requirements of ISO 9001 and our QMS system within the Services organization. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with the QMS documentation lead when training needs to be completed for procedure updates, for representing training during external audits, managing training metrics and driving continuous improvement within the Services training program.
