You will be working with a team of lift technicians in the general repair and upgrading of lifts. Your key responsibilities include arranging and supervise contractors to carry out the job the upgrading or improvement works whenever necessary. In addition, you will also be responsible for attending to breakdowns; troubleshooting equipment faults and carries out preventive / corrective actions and to perform inspection & testing of lifts.

• Diploma / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering equivalent
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in engineering industry
• Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential
• Ability to handle pressure and work challenging lead times

Job Description:

Reporting to the directors, your main role is to be a fieldwork team leader on accounting and related assignments, ensuring that these assignments are planned, executed, documented and concluded based on the relevant professional standards;

Specifically, your areas of responsibilities are to:

• Provide guidance and supervise the work of junior colleagues on the accounting and related assignments;
• Assist in the preparation of reports and schedules that are to be delivered to the clients and other external parties using robotic process automation (RPA) technology;
• Assist in the functions of client portfolio management;
• Ensure all clients’ needs are met in regards to answering queries promptly, building relationship with client and anticipating requirements;

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
