Job Scope:
Employee Benefits:
(a) Participate in the review of benefits policies (taking into account market best practices) as well as assist in the eventual implementation and communication to staff
(b) Support the team in reviewing key benefits processes that are manual and time-consuming
(c) Document standard operating procedures (SOP)s for the respective benefits processes to facilitate knowledge retention and transfer
(d) Address benefits-related staff queries, processing of leave and claims applications, resolve administrative issues relating to leave and medical scheme/benefits matters
(e) Data entry and maintain updated leave records of operational ATCOs/ATCSOs in Workday
(f) Support audit checks and follow-up actions required
(a) Responsible for maintaining staff records on Workday.
(b) Address payroll-related staff queries received through the payroll mailbox.
(c) Help support payroll team in administrative related matters.
Requirements:
(a) At least 2-3 years’ experience as a HR practitioner or in an equivalent capacity, with relevant hands-on experience.
(b) Prior experience working in public sector would be an advantage.
(c) Attentive to details and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
(d) Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
(e) Possess strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and confident in engaging key stakeholders at all levels.
(f) Technology savvy and familiar with digital HR solutions to drive efficiencies.
Contract Period: 1 Year
Location: East
Working Arrangement:
Mondays - Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
