Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified project management specialist who has good experience with maintaining customer communications and work closely with internal stakeholders especially in the genomics field to facilitate a positive customer experience. The role demands a person with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task while working under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for customers after order confirmation including project progress and feedback.
• Interact with customers to complete customer onboarding process for new customers and handle queries on shipment, handling, logistics.
• Work with different stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the online customer portal.
• Manage accurate project tracking and progress with the aim of ensuring services are delivered within the expected TAT.
• Communicate with customer for data delivery and/or reports to ensure project closing is fulfilled timely.
• Review and update customer-facing materials and commercial operational SOPs.
• Receive and direct customer feedback to appropriate stakeholders so that services can be improved.
• Perform any other reasonable duties or ad-hoc assignments as directed by line manager/ supervisor.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• More than 1 year of proven hands-on experience in project management in the genomics, molecular biology, or molecular diagnostic arenas.
• Prior tech support and next generation sequencing experience is a bonus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with varied personalities
• Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure highly desired
• Highly motivated and adaptable to ever-changing client needs and expectations.
