Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in shaping our social media
presence and strategy. You will develop and execute social media marketing plans,
maintain customer relations, provide market insights, and manage the social media
team. Your goal will be to leverage social media to acquire customers, enhance brand
loyalty, and achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by leveraging
social media platforms to identify and acquire customers. Develop
comprehensive social media marketing plans and programs for each product,
including directing promotional support and campaign execution.
• Customer Relations: Maintain and enhance online relations with customers
by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs. Engage
with the audience to foster a positive brand image and address customer
inquiries.
• Market Analysis: Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
by overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Utilize
insights to create new strategies for market development and identify growth
opportunities.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative strategies for
market development. Acquire and analyse data, consulting with internal and
external sources to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
• Research Database: Maintain a comprehensive research database by
identifying and assembling relevant marketing information. Use this data to
inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Information Provision: Offer marketing information by responding to
questions and requests from internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure that accurate and relevant information is readily available.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in social media management, with a strong
understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing
strategies. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., apparel or sports] is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation, and
analytics. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
