• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in HCIT integration using established and contemporary interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, SMRT, FHIR)
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, and communication using secure protocols.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring Shopee & Seamoney’s backbone network, data center network, and related networks. Ensure the rapid detection, notification, location, and resolution of network faults to maintain application stability and availability.
• Propose and implement standard designs and optimizations for network architecture.
• Enhance visibility of network infrastructure by participating in and refining standard processes. Collect and establish databases for network devices, links, and configurations. Set up accurate and automated network alerts and notifications using software tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with OSPF, BGP, ISIS, MPLS VPN / TE, QoS, IPsec, and other typical network protocols.
• Expertise in network DevOps systems, including network configuration management, IP Address Management (IPAM), and monitoring tools like PingMesh.
• Familiar with Cisco, Arista, Huawei, or other mainstream network vendors' product technology and product architecture.
• Experience in ensuring network reliability for large-scale data centers.

Skills and Competencies Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of thin film metallurgy and deposition processes and equipment, including ion beam deposition, PVD, and CVD.
• Preferred background in statistical analysis, with proficiency in tools like JMP, Minitab, DOE, and SPC.

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team.

You will be part of a data team deployed at a government agency identified as a strategic partner for GovTech, building out data products critical to WOG’s ops and service delivery as identified under the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB2.0) programme. You would operate in close alignment to Data and AI Practice's approach and philosophy, and would be closely supported by central GovTech products and platforms teams. This role requires an individual with experience in cloud-based data engineering work, as well as good communication skills, as you will be expected to interact frequently with the partner agency's users to elicit useful business information that enables you to perform your job.

What you will be working on:

• Translate data requirements from business users into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with partner agency’s IT teams on technology stack, infrastructure and security alignment.
• Build out data product as part of a data team:
• Architect and build ingestion pipelines to collect, clean, merge, and harmonize data from different source systems.
