1. Responsible for co-ordination of all technical activities on assigned project and assist in ensuring successful completion and execution of the assigned projects.

This is a permanent role for a main contractor in Singapore. Position is based in headquarters office.

• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
• Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
• Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
• Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
• Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
• Ensure material submission and approval
• Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules

Requirements

• Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 - 10 years’ relevant experience in construction
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
• Familiar with earned value method

Responsibilities:

· Identify new market opportunities and generate new sales leads

· Follow up on sales funnel and ensure successful completion of projects with prompt customer service and satisfaction

· Plan and develop sales plans to achieve sales objectives & monthly sales target

· Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, contract review to post-sales support

· Develop and conduct presentations explaining products and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele

· Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and M&E Consultants

· Maintain and develop trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers through understanding their business activity and needs

· Promote and represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations

· Prepare reports and forecasts as and when requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Building Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred

· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets

· Enjoy working with a dynamic team and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

· Meticulous and ability to multi-task with good organisation skills

· Possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Good problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team

· Good track record in project sales and large tender preparation

On your day to day:

• Handle multiple projects and provide network design and deployment support from project initiation to closure.
• Follow network standards and configuration templates to prepare Network Design Documents (NDD) and submit for review and approval. Create Build Packages that includes implementation plans, test plans and network changes.
• Oversee the deployment of Build Packages on the corporate data network. Implement network changes during the allowed weekend green zone window.
• For some large/complex projects, you will be required to represent network domain in a virtual team and effectively communicate and liaise with business/technical stream owners.
• Assist with knowledge transfer of new products to internal teams.
• Assist in the development of & implementation of processes to allow repeatable designs with the view of provisioning automation and efficiencies.
• Prepare and submit all required project documentations for audit purpose & project closure

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) working with Cisco and Arista network devices (routers and switches).
• Minimum of at least CCNP or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of following routing protocols: BGP, OSPF.
• Experience on WAN technology, e.g. Metro Ethernet, MPLS. VPLS, IPLC etc.
• Preferable with working experience on using Multicast in a Cisco/Arista environment.
• Preferable with working experience in large financial or banking network operation/implementation team.
• Ability to effectively communicate to internal clients through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).
• Willing to work during weekends for implementation of network changes.
• Willing to work for extended working hours when needed.
