• Assist Project Manager in project planning, programming and monitoring process of M&E works and overseeing the project;
• Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;
• Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.
• Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;
• Ensure mechanical and electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes and in conformance with the Company’s established policies and objectives;
• Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;
• Assist in supervising and coordinating MEP services work closely with other departments;
• Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings;
• Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record.
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality.
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule.
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date.
• Ensure quality of MEP workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Must have experience in Azure Datalake Storage and Dremio.
• Must have experience in Power BI visualisation.
• Must have experience in Spark SQL, DAX, PowerQuery M
• Must have experience in Data Modelling with Data bricks and Delta Lake
• Experience in Security and Governance tools Unity Catalog and RLS
• Must have strong understanding of Statistics.
• Good to have certification in Data Bricks and related technologies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in AWS or Azure services, Databricks, and/or Informatica IDMC.
• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter (CDI-PC) and IDMC
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL process and data quality management.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
• Evaluate potential technical solutions and make recommendations to resolve data issues especially on
• performance assessment for complex data transformations and long running data processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team management skills.
• Databricks certifications, and Informatica certifications are a plus

• Design and build data pipelines infrastructure to collect, process and store data from various sources.
• Develop data assets platform to provide a centralized repository for managing and accessing data assets.
• Implement automated SQL queries based on user-defined criteria or business requirements.
• Use techniques like query templates, metadata-driven generation, or machine learning algorithms to generate SQL queries.
• Create new IPs in Singapore in area of expertise.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new technology development.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics Applied Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala programming languages.
• Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiar with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes or Ansible for automating data pipelines and infrastructure.
