We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

-Manage and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors and direct workers.

-Liaise with subcon to plan, arrange and execute construction activities.

-Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues.

-Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications.

-Able to coordinate well with MEP department

-Prepare and maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, material tracking, and quality control documentation.

-Adhere to safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety inspections.

-Liaise with RE, RTOs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

-Resolve site-related issues and conflicts effectively and efficiently.

-Manage and coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials.

-Prepare and submit progress reports.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant Singaporean building codes and regulations.

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of site processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Min Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Singapore's construction industry.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

- Good knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD

Job Description

. Prepare, schedule , coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects

. Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field

About the role

You will be part of a cross-functional agile engineering team (squad) responsible to build, deploy and run (support) one or more of our digital products, focusing on full-stack experience to build robust & resilient systems (front-end & back-end).

You will work closely with Engineers, Product, Design, and other stakeholders, collaboratively ensuring quality gets built in the product, get to see your impact in everyday lives of many people, and have great fun while doing it.

• Have hands on experience on one of this front-end development (Flutter Preferred)

As a site engineer, you will monitor diversified aspects of construction project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations.
