Job Description:

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices
• Monitor critical SPC charts daily. Perform process window study and provide improvement plan to reduce OOC and improve CPK
• Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN.
• Setup and troubleshoot in recipes/ job files in all metrology tools within the Module.
• Follow up on passdown to troubleshoot process issues. Establish CAS / procedures to be followed and work with other departments for resolution if required.
• Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with the Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance. Know the concept of repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) run.
• Work on reducing process constraint so that Mfg can have more flexibility.
• Perform process matching between equipments to reduce variation and analysis / DOE to find factors for better tool matching.
• Participate in CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity.
• Work as a team with both Equipment and Mfg Engineers to meet Module objectives. Work to meet the key indices of Uptime and OEE goals.
• Represent own Module to attend cross-functional task team to address yield improvement/ excursion issues. Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-campus practices across fabs.
• Self audit and update specifications/ documentation to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.
• Follow good housekeeping and safety rules in office and FAB.
• Provide coaching, guidance, feedback and training to AEs or Techs on their troubleshooting skills, understanding of processes, decision making, risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process / Chemistry / Physics
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Etch Process or BEOL

Responsibilities:

• Supports team task to support laboratory operation and infrastructure in the areas of examples: Equipment, Data Systems, Method) needs
• Participates in the management of laboratory equipment and computerized systems in QC laboratory to ensure business continuity and system data maintenance e.g., Empower, LIMS, SAP and equipment maintenance/calibration is in a state of compliance
• Participates in method technology transfer and laboratory equipment technological refresh/introduction activities into QC Laboratory within project timeline
• Participates in QC laboratory long range planning to ensure laboratory infrastructure needs is secured and Data integrity plan is in place to support business and laboratory compliance
• Author and execute qualification and equipment qualification documentation / method transfer (E.g.: Reports, Protocol, change control, related quality documents or procedures) are in cGMP compliance to corporate/site or regulatory requirements
• Supports and ensure timely escalation/handling of lab events or related quality actions. (E.g.: NCR, Lab Investigation, CAPA)
• Supports preparation and participate in internal/external audit, audit responses, to enable a successful audit outcome
• Participate in EHS, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable. Lead/supports CI initiatives to enable laboratory performance metrics
• Carry out any other task as assigned by Line manager

About You:

• University Degree in Science related discipline (E.g.: Chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or equivalent experiences)
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in a Quality Control Function
• Experienced in Regulatory/ Pharmaceutical requirements
• Analytical thinking with basic problem solving and writing skills
• Motivated and independent
• Basic GMP knowledge/Experience on QC Lab Equipment and Method transfer
• Good communication skills and Strong ability to work cross functional teams

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months. Option to extend/convert subject to performance review.

• Responsible for QC inspection of electronic parts, PCB, PCBA, cable, assembly, mechanical parts and finished goods.
• Prepare inspection reports for accepted parts and produce discrepancy reports for rejected parts.
• Ensure that the product meets specifications in terms of its appearance and its functions.
• Use various inspection techniques and methods such as visual inspections, measurements and functional testing to determine product quality standards.

Requirements:

• GCE N level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of QC experience
• Good knowledge in mechanical parts, PCB, PCBA, cable assemblies and electronics components.

T&C Engineer/

Senior Commissioning Engineer

The T&C Engineer/Commissioning Engineer is responsible for managing all testing and documentation for the project, ensuring quality delivery, and coordinating handover to the client and internal service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Manage all testing processes and documentation for the project.
  Ensure quality delivery from project installations and coordinate handovers.
  
• Design Review:Review project designs to ensure operational feasibility.
  Verify and evaluate the quality and performance of equipment/systems according to specifications before delivery to the client.
  
• Early Project Involvement:Engage in the early stages of projects to understand construction and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) requirements.
  
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with standards and engineering practices throughout the project.
  Understand built plans (M&E), technical literature, and equipment manuals.
  
• Troubleshooting:Conduct equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and propose solutions.
  
• Reporting:Report work issues and non-compliances to the Project Management Office (PMO).
  
• Testing Activities:Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Integrated System Tests (IST), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  Support the project team with any technical issues related to testing procedures.
  
• Coordination:Work closely with the engineering team to understand design specifications.
  Prepare T&C test sheets and documentation prior to inspections.
  Schedule and coordinate all T&C activities, including attending equipment SAT testing and submitting site inspection reports.
  Liaise with project T&C consultants on all matters and ensure reports are compiled and submitted after each inspection.
  
• Documentation:Compile, review, and submit all T&C Method of Statements (MOS) for consultant review and approval.
  
• Additional Duties:Perform any other duties assigned by the PMO.

• This role is primarily electrical-based.
