• Develop detailed designs, layouts, and specifications for piping systems, ensure proper pipe support design based on piping loads, thermal expansion, and seismic considerations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Piping Engineering
• For degree holder, minimum 5 years of experience in piping design and engineering. For Diploma holder, minimum 8 years of experience is required.
• For senior position, candidate must have at least 10 years of experience, including leadership or project management experience.
• Strong expertise in piping materials, piping arrangement, stress analysis, and design of piping systems
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision, make sound decisions, take independent action, and provide focused solutions to assigned projects
• Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the organization

Job Description:

1. Develop and optimize automation solutions based on production requirements, and coordinate with teams to deploy automated inventory management systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend to Client’s site surveys, meetings and maintain constant contact/communication regarding project works (In progress and new)
• Work closely with the drafting department to come out with preliminary design (for client’s approval), material take off and cost estimation for the new potential projects

The Automation Engineer is responsible for the complete design of the electrical and control functions of new and retrofitted small to medium-sized control panels. In this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the engineering team in terms of process, and hardware design to translate control philosophies into a physical control panel containing PLCs and other electrical components. This role involves your presence in the office, factory as well as site.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and update process check sheets and manuals
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance as needed
• Provide technical guidance and mentor Technicians
• Conduct and prepare root analysis and part defect report
• Work with Internal parties and vendor to prevent recurrence
• Liaise with R&D department for engineering change request
• Pre-inspection/inspection on MTC’s Quality Issues
• Prepare electrical inspection test sheet for test and measurement
• Evaluate and implement corrective measure on test result
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
• To carry out or perform tasks / activities, prepare and submit necessary reports to Superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years experience in machine tool or automation environment
• Experience in CNC Machinery assembly process and automation will be advantageous
• A team player with a sense of responsibility and urgency
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Expected Start Date: May 2025

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspection of pressure vessel, piping including stage, final inspection and tank inspections.
2. Perform turn around inspection of pressure vessel, piping and columns.
3. Able to review previous history, ITP, client procedures and NDT reports.
4. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team.
5. Submit daily and weekly reports to client on the inspection findings.
6. Perform QA/QC welding inspections at site.
7. To handle the QA/QC inspection activities in structural fabrication projects, skid manufacturer clients, pressure vessels, pipe spools etc.
8. Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests.

Job requirements:

1. Must have more than 15 years’ work experience.
2. Must have bachelor or masters degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3. Must have valid API 510 and API 570 Certificate.
4. Must have Welding inspector certificate under AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1.
5. Must have NDT level II certificates in MPI, PT, UT and RT.
6. Must have previous shutdown inspection experience.
7. Knowledge in code book like AWS, ASME, API codes.
8. Must have a good knowledge about MT, PT, UT, RT Methods.
9. Must having an inspection experience in Exchanger, pressure vessels, piping and columns.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)

1. Inspect quality control of products and services to meet company and customers’ expectations.

• Inspect QA/QC and prepare proper documentation for incoming materials, fabrication, and production

and site installation

• Conduct QC inspection for façade works

• Prepare QC inspection documents and procedures for certification

• Execute QC inspection duties according to schedule in a timely and correct manner

• Perform QC inspection using proper checking tools as assigned

• Conduct QC inspection using work checklist and test plan as assigned

• Support in the inspection and implementation of QMS and audit, including ISO

• Prepare proper documentation and file QC inspection documents

2. Inspect quality of products and services provided by suppliers and vendors.

• Inspect products and services provided by suppliers and vendors

• Conduct QC on key material supplies such as aluminium, extrusions and glass

• Analyse prototypes provided by suppliers and vendors

• Maintain QC information of supplies in QA/QC Systems and Inspection Records

3. Perform stringent inspection to attain highQA/QC in manufacturing and installation processes and methods.

• Perform method statement and safety risk assessment

• Check tools, equipment calibration procedures and records

• Conduct QC field testing and maintain records

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificate/Diploma in QA/QC

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2–4 years of QA/QC working experience in façade industry with basic knowledge in

product specifications, reading drawings, industry standards, design, engineering, fabrication,

installation and quality

• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

• Familiarity with Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) will be an added

advantage

RF Unit

• Disassemble Signal generator unit and Calibrate the unit according to SOP
• Troubleshooting and repair of PCB assemblies
• Soldering work and board rework on HD, surface-mount PCB assemblies
• Provide necessary fault information and repair records for work carried out
• Knowledge of handling different test and measuring equipment, LCR meter and Oscilloscope
• Complete repair job in a timely manner
• Maintain SOP documents required for daily repair/rework operation

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all aspects of electrical engineering in the design of electrical power distribution system, switchboard, MCC and control

· Develop & review electrical related drawings, e.g. Single Line Diagram, MCC Schematic, Equipment layout, Cable ladder/tray routing layout

· Knowledge in Onshore/ Offshore standards (IEC, NEMA, IEEE & API)

· Prepare Electrical Load Analysis & List

· Familiar with Short-Circuit and Voltage Drop calculation

· Prepare & review Electrical MTO for projects

· Review Electrical equipment’s datasheet

· Strong knowledge in Low voltage MCC/Switchgear, UPS, VSD/VFD & Transformers

· Prepare specification for LV Switchgear, MCC, Transformers & VSD/VFD’s

• Reviewing of customers' specifications and drawings
• Define specifications and scope of work to contractors
• Execution of projects.
• Startup, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of plants.
• Develop engineering capabilities and work with sales team on project proposal and bidding

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
• Able to read & understand line diagram and generate Bill of Materials from single line diagram
• Knowledge on control, schematics, motor controls and materials take-off
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in Mitsubishi / Siemens / Schneider / Omron PLC software would be an added advantage
• Able to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines / vision
• Able to communicate effectively in English at all levels, both verbally and in written reports
