This position involves applying knowledge in engineering and science to design & develop scale up processes in the laboratory and future production of our aerogel line of products. Process Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in the daily running of production department.
• Design and develop the pilot process plant for upscale production.
• Develop product testing protocols and procedures based on product specifications to test and determine the full operating profiles.

This role will provide technical expertise and guidance within the Perimeter Security and Threat Prevention (network web proxy and malware detection technologies) domains through the delivery of consulting services for internal clients and projects. As part of the consulting function, the consulting engineer will ensure compliance with security standards, design principles and best practices.

Position Summary:

Threat Prevention Engineer will provide subject matter expertise and consulting to high-profile projects, services, and strategic initiatives to achieve targeted objectives and protect the firm. The individual must possess the ability to analyze and understand a variety of existing and evolving business requirements, interface with technology engagement teams and provide best in class Threat solutions that align to meet business and technology requirements.

Must be a strong engineering minded individual with polished collaboration, written, and communication skills and a proven track record interacting with various levels of management, clients, and technical team members in delivering Perimeter and Threat technical solutions

Required Skills:

• At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with large scale, complex network/DMZ environments preferably in the banking and finance industry
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience on network web proxy or Content Filtering including McAfee WebGateway
• Experience of proxy PAC file engineering, network firewall policy /NAT engineering, DLP and malware scanning, local & site load balancing technology is an advantage
• Strong expertise in networking and network security protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, FTP, Socks, PAC files, DNS, NTP, ANYCAST services, and others
• Experience reporting, searching and or dashboarding data in Splunk
• Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and incident triaging including taking and analyzing traffic packet captures, policy research, traffic logs and system log reviews
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with other technical areas to define complex configuration designs
• Experienced in Incident support, including managing high severity/urgent incidents, incident triaging with other network teams and vendors
• Excellent customer facing communication skills for customer support and knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Must be able to communicate at different organizational levels including senior management to provide status updates, deliver requirements and report details at the correct level

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer: escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs and upgrades.
• Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
• Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool
• Provides Beta Site Support; specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and/or testing of a new hardware, software or processes on a customer tool.
• Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field.
• Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis.

Seeking Singaporean to join as Engineer (Network/ cisco switches and Clearpass) on 1 year Project renewable assignment.

Work hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours with 24X7 support standby

Responsibilities:

• Day to day operation of managing, administration of all cisco switches and Aruba Clearpass on customer site.
• Support operations such as production networks in a hyper-scale and heterogeneous environment.
• Perform deep dives on complex technical issues across networks, ranging from automated tooling to hardware failures and network issues.
• Anticipate potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate/minimize.
• Participate and improve escalation and emergency response with detailed postmortem while addressing issues systematically to prevent future occurrences.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a System Integration environment and/or implementing Network systems is a plus
• Familiar and experienced in Palo Alto Firewall and Aruba Clearpass
• Certification in Network related products will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day EHS support to meet the Singapore EHS requirements, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Customer Requirements, KLA EHS policy and program.
• Partner with and manufacturing leads, supervisors, managers, and team leaders in incident investigations, corrective action deployment, and effectiveness evaluations.
• Ensure the functionality of the factory site safety committee and company emergency response team (CERT).
• Be appointed as Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager.
• Implement EHS management system / policy per ISO45001 & ISO14001, RBA requirements, and local safety regulations.
• Organize and conduct regular new hire safety orientation and other EHS trainings according to the training plan and company needs.
• Conduct regular and periodic site EHS inspections, audits and risk assessment, incident investigation, etc.
• Collaborate with field service operations and others. Provide assistance, support and technical expertise on field service and install operations when needed.
• Promote incorporation of EHS into business planning and assist with establishing EHS as a business and management performance measure.
• Assist with the implementation of business continuity plan, emergency response plan, company audit program and reviewing EHS performance and work practices against statutory and company requirements.
• Track, arrange and timely renew all equipment, building and related licenses ensuring compliance to governmental regulations.
• Provide support to our ESG (sustainability) efforts for the sites under your span of control.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Level Degree, relevant qualifications in Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene or equivalent.
2. Holding of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager certifications.
3. 5+ years or more experience in a large manufacturing facility.
4. Experience in RBA, Business Continuity Plan, ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system, FM Loss Prevention Program, bizSAFE program, building construction safety, etc.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English languages.

• Develop detailed designs for M&E systems, including lighting, ventilation, fire protection, power distribution, and communication systems.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with structural and civil engineers to integrate M&E systems into the overall tunnel design.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of safety procedures, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
