Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure production operations meet required standards.
• Recommend any necessary adjustments and modifications to production processes to ensure product quality.
• Inspect and test materials and equipment produced by the company to verify compliance with specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to assess products for accuracy.
• Identify and remove products that do not meet production standards and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for review and resolution.
• Accept or reject finished products and communicate inspection results with the production team for necessary improvements.
• Perform random in-process inspections to monitor product quality at various stages of the production cycle.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.

Purpose:

• To provide technical support to routine testing teams in the frame of the Analytical Science and Technology (ASAT) team around method development/ qualification/ validation/ verification and equipment qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical responsibilities
• Manages and implement method development/ qualification/ validation/ verification and equipment qualification required by routine testing team, including but not limited to new equipment, material and method introduction and compendial updates
• Keeps up-to-date on regulations/ development of biopharmaceutical QC activities to ensure QC operations are in compliance to applicable corporate, regulatory and external agency regulations
• Leads/ manages investigation of non-conformities (events and deviations) and complex tasks (e.g. continuous improvements, department/ site projects and initiatives)
