Responsibilities

• Create quotes for services and replacement parts based on customer inquiries.
• Carrying out maintenance duties such as internal repairs and on-site commissioning for different water and gas quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
• Troubleshooting analyzer and offering clients advice on the best fixes in compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Establishing and preserving trusting connections with clients and offering first-rate assistance.
• Communicate with clients to resolve any service issues and offer solutions for technical issues.
• Assist the project team in conducting the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Finding possible ways to acquire additional contracts for preventative and maintenance
  Train distributors and end users on the product.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
• Successful candidate must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients.
• Candidate with at least 2 years of experience in the environmental sector is prefrred
• Candidate must have working experience in gas / water analyzer products troublehooting
• Candidate with own transport will have an advantage.

Requirements
