JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
• Review project plans and electrical design, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustment as necessary
• Communicate project status to Project Manager
• Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical support to project team members
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables
• Attend project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• For Diploma holder, more than 3 years’ experience in handling project management.
• For Degree holder, 1-2 years similar experience
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Experience in managing and supervising construction teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Design: Create plans, blueprints, and models, and design systems like heating, ventilation, lighting, and air conditioning
• Review: Review and evaluate blueprints and designs, and identify and fix issues
• Analyze: Analyze structures to ensure they can withstand their intended use and environmental conditions
• Comply: Understand and comply with regulations and building codes
• Test: Ensure safety and test systems
• Monitor: Use computer-based software to design and monitor systems
• Collaborate: Work with architects, civil engineers, or construction crews to develop solutions to structural problems

Application Engineer

Job description

· Handling various projects under the Service Division and technical support for projects under maintenance.

· Design Building Management System based on Technical Specifications

· Program equipment (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) under BMS based on the sequence of operation.

· Design and implement the graphical user interface, reports, and dashboards based on project requirements.

· Support Testing and commissioning of BMS projects

· Provide Root cause analysis for system faults/issues.

Key Requirements

• Engineering graduate, with knowledge is MS Office.
• Knowledge in MS SQL, VBA, online collaboration platforms and other programming languages is a plus.

Remuneration:

• $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

• Work Location: In person

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
• RES or REO is the added advandage.
