Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., PE or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of experience in construction, specifically in renovation or retrofitting projects.
• Proven track record of managing renovation projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural engineering principles, and renovation techniques.
• Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, Primavera, or MS Project).
