• Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates and finished products using state-of-the-art Lab instruments like XRF, GC-FID, ICP etc
• Prepare and standardize all necessary reagents in accordance with specified methods
• Ensure product identification, results, status and traceability is maintained within the Lab Information Management System Database (LIMS)
• Maintain and upkeep Laboratory instruments and workstation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control audits.
• Organize pre-inspection meetings with clients.
• Create Project Inspection and Testing Plans.
• Draft Project Inspection and Testing Procedures.
• Address client feedback on QC documents.
• Coordinate and schedule QC activities, including inspection notices and factory acceptance tests.
• Manage coordination and scheduling of QC procedures, reports, and documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Control function.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or offshore and marine industry
• Proficiency in metal welding inspection and piping system testing and inspection

Senior Laboratory Analyst

• Work Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT)
• Work hours: 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Salary range: $2800 - $3200 + $200 (site allowance)

The Senior Lab Analyst is part of the pioneer team in the startup of EVAL production line, assisting the Chemist in setup of QC Laboratory at new EVAL site, including training of Laboratory analyst, Laboratory system establishment and management to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new plant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform raw material, intermediate and final product Quality analysis.
• Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method.
• Supports troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis.
• Support establishment and maintenance of lab system and equipment validation and calibration.
• Maintenance of quality document and development of quality procedures.
• Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures.
• Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
• Support Procurement process and upkeep of inventory.
• Implement and improve analytical and equipment work process.
• Implement and participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
• Other works as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Science related field.
• Min 5years experience in analytical laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration and polymer testing equipment
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation.
