● Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for preparing schematic/assembly drawings, vehicular calculation and technical documentation for projects.

- Hands-on for vehicular dimensions measurement.

- LTA submission.

- Engineering support and correspondence to vehicular projects.

- Other ad-hoc tasks assign by Head of Engineering.

● Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements.

● Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, production, aftersales teams.

● Requirements:

- Candidate possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic) or equivalent.

- Minimum one of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in vehicular or related industries.

- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and process simulation tools.

- Proficient in mechanical structural calculation

- Advantage if candidate has experience and familiar with quality management systems
(e.g., ISO 9001, ISO45001).

Job Scope :-

• Track, Monitor, Control & Update Work Progress on Site
• Plan & Schedule for Site Inspections according to Work Progress Status
• Coordinate and Schedule draw 3D Drawings & Sample Submission for Approval to client
• Conduct Regular Internal Review meetings with Trade Contractors for Site Arrangement, Work Progress, & Technical Resolutions

Job Requirements :

• Engineering or above on Electrical or Mechcaniacl flied or related discipline any bachelor degree
• At least 3-4 years of experience in A&A work and technical coodinator to lead the bussiness

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our customer's site, requiring a strong understanding of control systems and proven troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain control-related systems, including PLC instrumentation, LSS, FAS, and SCADA LoT.
• Perform effective troubleshooting of control system issues.
• Contribute to system improvements and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Control Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in handling PLC instrumentation, LSS, FAS, and SCADA LoT.
• Proven troubleshooting skills within control systems.
• Experience with programming languages such as Tableau, Visual Studio, Python, and SQL is highly desirable.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in the ACMV systems and has experience working in Design and Build, property or construction companies or engineering companies.

The candidate will be required to:

• Conduct site survey
• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD and actively follow up on subsequent comments and changes
• Preparation of design report, calculation and cost estimation
• Attend project safety meeting and site co-ordination meeting
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress
• Able to carry out testing & commissioning and basic trouble shooting of the system
• Preparation of OMM Manual, as-built drawings, training and DLP Program

We need the candidate to have:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventiliation) Engineering
• At least 2 years of local work experience in designing ACMV / piping and piping structural support / ducting
• Proficient in Autocad software
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment

· Site project management.

· Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.

· Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.

· Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements

· Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection.

· Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.

· Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.

· Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.

· Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.

Requirement

- Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.
