Job Title: QC Supervisor

Location: Tuas

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 7.45 am to 4.45 pm

Basic Salary: Up to $3500

Benefits: Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide guidance and coach lab technicians.
• The incumbent inspects all incoming raw materials for compliance according to current standards.
• The incumbent conducts periodic checks and analyses on all WIPs.
• The incumbent retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Assist QA with failure analyses, and corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification,and change control.
• Assisted in maintaining product quality and technical files. • Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Pharm, Biotechnology / Degree in Chemistry, Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of 1 supervisory experience in QC

Job Description

• To perform visual and dimensional inspections of products.
• Prepare of QC reports.
• Able to use basic measuring equipment/instrument such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Pin Gauge.
• Required to work rotating night shift with night shift allowance provided

Pre-Requisites

• Min NTC / GCE ‘O’ Level / GCE ‘N’ Level
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Able to interpret basic mechanical drawing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to communicate in simple English.
• 5.5 work day work week with overtime provided

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance and control activities for projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance and control across projects
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
• Facilitate off-site inspections, sampling, and testing of materials.
• Compile QA/QC record for submission to Client

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• StEr will be great advantage
• At least 4-year related working experience
• Welding inspection certificate (CSWIP 3.1) is an advantage
• Able to work in a team
