The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. Job Purpose

Role Purpose

The Construction Quality Data Clerk is assigned to Construction Yard, reports to Construction Quality Manager and is responsible for:

• Supporting and liaising with Construction Quality Manager for Quality KPI and tracking CQ documentation readiness,
• Database management (input, analysis and output) related to project CQ data,
• Contribute to the Construction Quality Department software developments,
• Coordinate project final documentation completion.

Education, Experience and Certification

• University degree or technical college diploma in Engineering or Data Analysis.
• Certification of auditor is beneficial while not mandatory.

Functional Competencies

• Experience in data analysis, with particular emphasis on database and deliverables, preferably with a Quality Control background but not mandatory,
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Power BI
• Experience in PIMS, Go-Tech, Hexagon, SQL Server, Access, VB.Net and C/C++ will be a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive both individual and team revenue targets and to ensure alignment with the company's broader business objectives
• Lead negotiations for large, multi-stakeholder deals
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within SEA, creating go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge technologies and applications
• Deliver precise sales forecasts and insightful market analysis to senior leadership, using data to inform strategic adjustments and optimize sales processes

Skills and experience required

• Msc / Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the control flow valves / pumps / actuators business in Power, Nuclear power, O&G and Petrochemical industries
• Proven ability to lead a team of up to 6 sales professionals (APAC + Australia), driving both individual and team success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong track record of both individual and team sales performance, with experience in managing and closing large, complex deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required (around 40%)
• Strong experience on Sales Key Account management of OEM and EPC
