1. Performing F.A inspection and inspection of parts and products with desktop measuring tools / CMM / Smart scope at the incoming / outgoing / in-process gate.

We are currently in need of a Physical Security Manager to join our client, a prestigious financial sector company based in Singapore. This is a contract role that will last for 5-6 months.

In this position, you will directly report to the CFO and be responsible for leading a small security team and a 10-person guard force. You will oversee all aspects of physical security for the company, including the security management of their main office locations in Singapore and their international subsidiaries. The Role:

• Responsible for all Control System operations; maintenance and troubleshooting upon testing and commissioning.
• Program functional analysis based on Sequence of Operation (SOO) and develop application interfaces; alarm and dashboard to monitor and control utility services such as; but not limited to; chilled water; air compressed; Glycol and Steam.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Reform

• Participate as Secretariat team member of the Curriculum Reform Committee (CRC) and its sub-groups and ensuring effective collaboration and implementation of curriculum reforms.

• Organise CRC and its sub-groups meetings and providing administrative and logistical support

• Assist in the preparation, compilation and dissemination of CRC and its sub-groups meeting package including meeting papers and slide deck

• Assist Chair, CRC in the conduct of meetings

• Draft minutes of CRC meetings and action plans for its sub-groups’ meetings

• Assist in monitoring follow-up actions

Curriculum Documentation

• Administer electronic filing infrastructure for NTU MBBS degree documentation
