Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.
2. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies programs for the company.
3. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
4. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
5. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
6. Work closely with auditors, customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
7. Manage sub-contractors for on-time supply of treatment process, as well as meeting technical requirement.
8. Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
9. Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
10. Review and approve disposition program / action for nonconforming products.
11. Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established and implemented.
12. Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system, and note needed improvements.
13. Ensure the promotion of awareness of statutory, regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.
14. Ensure and coordinate the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. He/She plans, directs or coordinates quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. He/She also works to improve an organisation's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste. He/She prepares and update quality documentation, basing their processes on a recognised standard such as ISO 9000 – Quality Management, published by the International Organisation for Standardisation. He/She supervises teams of inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production. He/She recruits and trains supervisors, and provides them with documented quality standards as guidelines for their daily work. He/She also selects quality inspection tools and software to support the inspection team.

Competence Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Quality Management in similar or related industry and 3 years in management level.
• Good knowledge in implementing and up keeping Quality Management System.
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility to ensure plant effective quality performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide effective support and assistance to the Team Leader / Deputy Group Head in the daily operations of the Operations Control Group (OCG) mainly Account Services, Credit Limit Setup, Audit Confirmation & related Customer Services.

• Process transactions / requests in compliance with the Bank's Policy & Procedures, Head Office Rules in alignment with the local and related overseas laws and regulations. End-to-end understanding in terms of Controls associated with transaction / request processing must be robust.
• Observe the rules and regulations of the Compliance Manual of the Bank associated with the Anti-Money Laundering, KYC requirements, MAS regulations, etc.
• Participate actively with the Team Leader / Deputy Group Head in resolving operational issues, and manage change projects (including Business Analysis, support UAT planning & execution).
• Identify areas to improve the operational efficiencies (proactively contribute to Time & Cost Savings) and effectiveness (controls) of the Group, and propose and support the implementation of improvements of workflows & processes.
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc. and resolve issues including handling customer / stakeholder's complaints and escalating all issues promptly.
• Participate actively in the various Business Continuity Plan Drills which are held regularly by the Bank and the local regulatory authority.
• Cross-train other colleagues within Team OCG to ensure there is sufficient back-up to cover each process from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in Managing Customer Account Setup, including Maintenance, Offboarding & issuance of Audit Confirmation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with immediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily AML assessments and approval of KYC reviews for new and existing customers, at normal and enhanced due diligence level in line with AML policies and HO memoranda.
• Reviewer and Approver for updates to Customer Info in KYC System
• Interpreting and analysing KYC data to accurately risk access new and existing clients, making sound judgement calls in terms of escalation and risk mitigation.
• Conducting daily AML assessments of screening alerts in line with AML policies and HO memoranda, and to advice Front Office on issues in these reviews or transactions.
• Function as a subject matter expert on AML related issues, providing guidance to others where required, providing advice on customer due diligence that is risk based and proportionate, in accordance with regulatory guidance.
• Embed and improve the client screening process and adapt it to new technology as required.
• Liaise with Front Office and Legal & Compliance departments for AML related issues.
• Participation in ad hoc and project work as required.
• Conduct study meeting to other sections on AML related matters.
• Any other assignments from Dept/Group Head.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in KYC Periodic Review for Corporate customers

• Good knowledge of MAS regulation on AML and Sanctions requirements including KYC, Screening

Key Job Accountabilities:

· Liaison with customer reps on documentation procedures including certification and maintenance release.

· Ensure all aircraft have valid documents such as Certificate of Registration, Certificate Of Airworthiness, Radio License, Insurance Certificate, etc as applicable.

· Conduct quality internal audits as scheduled by the Quality Audit Plan or as instructed by the Manager Quality.

· Carry out investigation into incidents, accidents,customer compliants and warranty claims.

· Carry out surveillance inspections at various stages of aircraft work in progress for correct maintenance practices, good housekeeping and proper documentation.

· Assist in the evaluation of new or amendments as appropriate of new or changes to existing contracted operators’ interface procedures.

· Carry out Airworthiness Directives review.

· Monitor and track contracted operators’ surveillance follow up action to closure.

· To consolidate the aircraft surveillance and investigation KPI on the program assigned.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (AMEL) issued by the civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) or a foreign equivalent license recognized by CAAS or an FAA A&P certificate or professional licenses relating to aviation.
• Minimum five years working experience in aviation industry.
• Shall possess Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Conversant with Airworthiness requirements and / or Quality Management System (AS9110).
• Able to perform internal and external quality audits is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

Job summary

1) Responsible to carry out the overall sampling & inspection of wet towel, liquid products and packaging materials.

2) Responsible for the cleanliness & tidiness of the premix, mixing & chemical room.

3) To work as part of a R&D/QA/QC team.

Area of responsibilities

1) Conducts sampling and inspection of wet towel during in-process and finished products.

2) Inspects imported finished products samples from Freshening Overseas. Example – Freshening China, Freshening Indonesia.

3) Calibrate equipment for In-house verification (weekly calibration for some equipment). Example – PH meter, weighing scale

4) Inspects machine prior to start-up production (Accomplish Daily Start-Up Check Form).

5) Conducts inspection of raw materials before or during production run. Example - Incoming paper, wrappers, and packaging materials.

6) Assist in attaching appropriate tags (HOLD, REJECTED, APPROVED) on the material/product. It is also his/her responsibility that stocks are properly segregated and that no admixture happens.

7) Ensures daily collection of “retained samples” at production area and act as a retain samples and reference (standard) samples custodian.

8) Ensures all Batch records (QC and Production sheets and Mixing records) are checked and accomplished on time.

9) Conduct inspection of returned goods by customer.

10) Conduct microbial tests on DI Water every start of the week.

11) Check alcohol content and specific gravity of the mixed alcohol solution.

12) Counter check chemicals measured by Mixer Operator for compounding. Sign mixing room record once conformed. Check the solution for smell, pH, SG and Viscosity (if applicable).

13) Ensure that the QC room is tidy at all times and maintain the safety and good housekeeping of hazardous/flammable laboratory supplies by ensuring proper storage.

14) Assist in ISO audits and preparation.

15) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

1) Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.

2) Understand simple English and Mandarin to communicate with Operators.

3) Background in Cosmetic, Medical Science, Chemistry will be an added advantage.

Monday - Friday: 8 00am to 4 45pm (45 mins break)

Saturday: 8 00am to 12 00pm

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor communicates the quality policy and objectives to help ensure the maintenance of the overall healthcare compliance for the operation/department. The successful candidate will advise on development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviews and approves client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics, and oversees the maintenance of the quality documents. This position participates in internal, client, and agency audits, and follows up on audit outcomes. The HC Quality Assurance Supervisor maintains knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements and assesses and addresses risks associated with transporting healthcare and food products.

• Monitors and instructs for compliance to UPS SCS site license requirements (DEL, MDEL, CDS, PCR).
• Promotes Issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvements and project initiatives.

• Provides investigation and Non-conformance reporting, including development of proactive strategies for preventing recurrence.

Job Requirements
