1 Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, update and maintain the QEMS system and work with respective stakeholders to develop and revise procedures (ISO 9001:2015).
• Monitor & analyze trends and quality performance.
• Manage the certification and audit of the Company ISO (ISO 9001:2015 internal and external audits) to ensure all ISO 9001 and relevant certifications’ objectives and requirements are met.
• Manage and ensure internal and external audit comply to QEMS requirement. This includes maintaining accurate records and coordination of initiatives improving QEMS.
• Effectively communicate the QA strategies, processes, and needs across organization through quality programs and campaigns.
• Participate in customer audit, lead investigations of quality issue with customers and internal stakeholders and follow up the CAPA action items to resolve all customer feedbacks / complaints.
• Inculcate and promote a culture to deliver high standard of quality in services rendered to customers.
• Responsible for managing Supplier / Vendor management on-boarding, improvements based on non-conformities, supplier audits and KPI’s.
• Support internal stakeholders on Management of Change.
• Liaise, fulfill, monitor and update customer on their KPI and other requirements.
• Responsible for monthly quality management review meeting and other quality performance reports where required by Management.
• Inspect Warehouse, Drumming including Transport & Yard areas and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct training on ISO 9001 requirements, quality awareness and quality related issues.
• Contribute to any other projects assigned by the Line Manager.

2 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in relevant Quality, Science or Engineering studies.
• ISO 9001:2015 lead or internal auditor certificate from accredited institution would be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the quality function preferably in chemical, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with at least 3-5 years’ experience in leading a quality team.
• Experienced in improving, maintaining and drives implementation and compliance of ISO 9001 management system would be an advantage.
• Experienced in customer / supplier quality management would be an advantage.

What will you do?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic tech team.

Test Strategy and Planning:

Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring include inspecting according to specification, procedure and applicable standards.
2. Understand all technical specification and standard compliance and ability to handle troubleshooting project correction.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.

· Preparation of reagents/diluents/ dissolution media as per STP.

EDUCATION:

· Degree / Diploma in science related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).

EXPERIENCE:

· (Specialist) Minimum 4 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

· (Analyst) Fresh grad/ 1-2 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

· Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Purpose

Support all activities in maintaining a QC IPCDS lab in BioPharmOps QC. Testing of in-process control & drug substance samples, to support production needs and document in accordance with written testing SOP’s and in accordance with local/ international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain QC IPCDS laboratory in full cGMP-compliance.

• Track and execute individual training requirements to ensure completion on time including new methods and instrumentation.

• Ensure laboratory operations are in accordance to cGMP standards

• Perform raw material testing in accordance current testing monographs/SOPs and in accordance with local/ international regulations.

• Ensures that testing completed in a timely manner based on plan.

• Support laboratory routine operations such as inventory management and house-keepings.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 4 to 5 years relevant working experience in GMP-regulated industries in Quality Control. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• New entrants to biopharmaceutical industry and should not be holding a bond obligation with any organisation

• Background knowledge on analysis such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, pH/Conductivity meter, Total Organic Carbon (TOC),

Purpose:

Ensuring that the manufacturing and engineering processes adhere to quality standards and regulations.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical) or Material Science.
• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance function, at least 3 years as a quality leader with supervisory experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practice in 8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA, QFD, 6-sigma methodology, PPAP, change management.
• Good understanding of First Article Inspection requirements and expectations

Your main responsibilities:

Role: Quality Engineer (QE)

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials, processes, and workmanship throughout a project. This role involves QA/QC document developing; monitoring site quality control activities; monitoring compliance with standards; implementing quality assurance procedures to deliver projects that meet contract, client specifications, international standards and Singapore regulatory requirements. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, durable, and safe civil engineering projects while maintaining efficiency and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take part in developing QA procedures as per the required by project Quality Assurance Plan.

2. Develop and/or review QC report templates, checklists as per ITPs.

3. Take part in developing quality training materials as per project quality requirements, and technical specifications. Conduct quality training to subcontractors’ QC inspectors and site supervisors.

4. Conduct regular checks for site QC activities and QC report completion.

5. Take part in project internal quality audits in accordance with project audit procedure to ensure compliance with company ISO 9001 QMS, Singapore regulatory requirements. Identify non-conformities and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

6. Take part in project external quality audits to subcontractors in accordance with project audit procedure to ensure compliance with subcontract, project specifications, codes, and Singapore regulatory requirements. 7. Regularly monitor project KPIs, ensure out-of-target KPIs are identified and raised to applicable subcontractors for root cause analysis, at the meantime, report to QAQC manager.
