Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to solve collection issues and gain payment commitments, while building rapport and a positive relationship with global strategic account.
• Check stopped orders report on a daily basis for the assigned region and/or product line. Review the overdue status and risk development of the customer before releasing the order.
• Conduct customer review of the new and existing customers and recommend credit lines according to the global credit policy.
• Work with cash applications team and customer service team to research and resolve short payments/non-payment disputes.
• Attend periodic collection meeting and coordinate closely with regional finance and commercial team to address any escalated collection matter.
• Inform manager of potential problems in the credit review process or collection process and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Perform AR reporting on overdue balances and top accounts as per request from business units.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform intercompany confirmation at month-end closing.

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Min 1 years related commercial collections experience
• Proficient in V-lookup
• Demonstrate clear understanding of basic accounting principles, general ledger, credit practices and collection procedures
• Experience with ERP system - SAP is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
• Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Handle the customer quality/customer satisfaction issues for global and major customers, which include monitoring field complaints, coordinating investigation and following up within the business to ensure appropriate closure in a timely fashion.
• Assume the focal role for investigating high failure rate customer issues, coordinating the use of different resources to investigate the customer issues.
• Lead the internal team members in achieving the ISO9001:2015 accredited certification as well as customer-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with internal team members and external suppliers to address product-related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Min. 5 year's relevant working experience in the Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry or experience in quality environment.
• Working knowledge in 5S, PFMECA, SPC & ISO 9000 series Quality system.
• Knowledge of International quality standards ISO.
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings with knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.
